Discuss stigmatizing beliefs about mental health conditions. 3. Apply practical ways to reduce stigma among Latinx adults with mental health conditions. 4. Outline the factors that impact wellness, satisfaction, and burnout in Latinxhealth professionals. 5. Discuss the personal and organizational supports towards resilience and well-being. 6. Explain how to commit to a resilience practice.
